Curatorial tour in English of the exhibition "Maria Jarema. Cracked modernism"
The exhibition offers a new perspective on the work of one of the most original figures of Polish modern art in the interwar and postwar periods. It provides a deeper understanding of Maria Jarema’s individual artistic practice and creative process by presenting her work alongside that of Polish, French, and Italian artists whom she admired and whose achievements she engaged with in her own artistic development.
Participation in the guided tour requires the purchase of an admission ticket and the collection of an audio receiver at the meeting point: the designated area by the stairs (opposite the auditorium).
