Complaints and returns

RETURNS

You can withdraw from this agreement within fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason whatsoever.

The final date for withdrawal expires with the lapse of fourteen (14) calendar days of the commodity receipt date.

In order to enjoy the right to withdraw from the agreement, you have to notify us on your decision by submitting an express declaration (send your letter by ‘snail’ mail to the Seller’s address, or by email to: sklep@artmuseum.pl).

You can use the specimen withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

In order to observe the withdrawal date, it suffices that you send your notification prior to the lapse of the date referred to hereinabove.

In the event that this Agreement is withdrawn from, you shall immediately be reimbursed the payments made for the purchased commodity and, in any case, not later than within fourteen (14) days of our notification of your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this Agreement.

You are hereby requested to send the commodity to us immediately and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of your notification of the withdrawal. The time-limit shall be observed should you have sent the commodity back prior to the lapse of the fourteen- (14-)day period.

The direct cost related to the return of the commodity in question shall be borne by the Purchaser.

3. Having received your consignment, we shall send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the return. If we approve your return, you will be reimbursed within fourteen (14) business days, to the bank account number quoted in the form. The cost of sending the commodity back shall not be reimbursable.

 

COMPLAINTS

1. To submit your complaint on the commodity purchased, fill in the form (downloadable below) and send your complaint to the Seller’s email address: sklep@artmuseum.pl, with annotation reading ‘Online Store – Complaint’.

2. Send back the commodity, together with the filled-in form, by courier service or registered mail, to our address (do NOT send consignments labelled ‘Cash on Delivery’, as we do NOT accept such consignments!):

3. Having received the defective commodity, we shall send you an acknowledgment of its receipt. If we approve your return, we shall replace the commodity that proves free of defects or return the money for the purchase, within fourteen (14) business days, to the bank account number quoted in the form.
